Treasury Manager Payment Solutions & Projects - Monaco H/F - MVIP Consulting

COMPANY

We are recruiting on behalf of an international group looking to strengthen its Group Treasury team in Monaco.

Payment flows span multiple markets, entities and providers. The challenge is to make those flows easier to manage, reconcile and improve as the business grows.

ROLE

You will take ownership of the Group's relationships with payment service providers and help deploy and optimise payment solutions across its markets.

Working closely with Finance, IT and other teams, you will:

- Monitor settlement flows, fees, refunds and chargebacks;

- Improve reconciliation, reporting and payment controls;

- Analyse provider performance and identify opportunities to reduce costs and resolve operational issues;

- Lead projects connecting payment platforms with treasury and finance systems;

- Coordinate implementations, testing and process improvements across teams.

PROFILE

You have around 5-8 years of experience in corporate treasury, payment services, payment operations or finance systems, ideally within an international organisation.

You understand how payment providers and settlement processes work, and you can turn a business need into a practical project involving both Finance and IT.

Fluent English is essential, as the role involves regular work with international teams and providers.

OFFER

- Monaco-based role under a Monaco employment contract

- €100,000-€110,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience

- 15-20% discretionary bonus
